Meet Hazel - Our Admin Assistant at Cook Stars
Hazel plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly at Cook Stars Head Office. After spending several years working in the UK, Hazel moved to Dubai with her husband, where they lived for 32 years while he taught in schools there.
Now settled back in the UK as of 2024, Hazel is based in our office four days a week. She brings a wealth of experience, having worked for the Ports Authority in Dubai before moving into education as an Art Technician and teaching English to adults.
Hazel and her husband are happily resettled in Wales and are looking forward to adding a four-legged friend to their family soon (we’re all very excited to meet them!). Their 24-year-old son now lives in London and they love visiting him whenever they can.
*Hazel loves:dogs, travelling, photography, flowers – and of course, food!
Not a fan of*: wasps, cooked spinach (or leafy greens in general), rude people, and those 20mph zones on Welsh roads!
