Cook Stars now in Bournemouth

I'm married with 3 children; twins aged 18 (Charlie and Maddy) and a younger son, Henry. As a family of five we live in Bournemouth, not far from the wonderful coastline.
My Mum was from Austria and one of my earliest memories of preparing food was watching (and trying to help) her make the filo style pastry that's needed for a great Apple Strudel. 😋😋
I've worked with children since leaving college (mainly in nursery or school settings). I've run a number of baking and cooking sessions as part of my role over the years, which have always been enjoyable, and very rewarding, especially seeing the children take home their cakes, etc. for Mum and Dad to try! The opportunity offered by Cook Stars was therefore a simple a next step for me.
Outside of cooking, I enjoy all things food or drink related as well as keeping fit (gym and swimming). Travel has always been something we've enjoyed as a family.
My favourite foods to make? That would be cakes and lasagne (but not necessarily in that order!!).
