Originally from Australia, I’ve been proud to call London home since 2016. Over the past nine years, I’ve worked in customer operations, following more than a decade in hospitality — where my love of cooking truly began.

My earliest memories of cooking go back to childhood, helping my mum, aunties, and cousins in the kitchen during family gatherings. Those moments sparked a lifelong passion for food and creativity that has stayed with me ever since.

My husband and I are self-confessed “foodies” who love exploring new restaurants and recreating our favourite dishes at home for family and friends.

Becoming a mum to my wonderful one-year-old son has given me a new perspective on the importance of balance and joy in everyday life. While on maternity leave, I discovered Cook Stars and immediately knew it was the perfect opportunity to combine my love of food, creativity, and working with children — all while creating a fulfilling work–life balance.

My young niece has also been a big inspiration. Since moving to the UK, we’ve often had video calls where we cook or bake together, and seeing her excitement in the kitchen reminded me just how much fun and confidence cooking can bring to children of all ages.

Through Cook Stars, I’m passionate about helping children develop essential life skills in a fun, relaxed environment. Cooking teaches creativity, confidence, independence, and a better understanding of healthy eating. When children are involved in preparing their food, they’re often more open to exploring new flavours — and that’s where the real magic happens.
