Cook Stars branch opens in Faversham to Canterbury

I am a qualified primary teacher, with nearly two decades of experience working with young people, their families and have worked extensively with children with SEN and disabilities. I love spending time developing, nurturing and growing my amazing cooking classes.
My wife Emma and our two beautiful children are my biggest supporters (and my fiercest critics of my cooking).
I am a passionate foodie and love cooking! When at home, I am happiest in my kitchen. I’m a big fan of experimenting with different recipes and ingredients. I love spicy food, street food, sweet stuff, and more recently plenty of baking with my children.
Travel is my biggest passion! I love exploring different places, visiting new parts of the world and eating all the food. Maybe it’s my Austrian heritage, but I’m a huge fan of cake; it’s a personal lifelong quest of mine to find and replicate the world’s best Black Forest gateaux.
After 17 years of working in classrooms and in domiciliary care, I decided to live my dream with cook stars. Immersing myself into my community, supporting young people and their families through the power of food. It is wonderful to witness children engaging in cooking with us-picking up key life skills, socialising and most importantly, having fun!
